PISCO SOUR

Ingredients

1 glass of PISCO

1/3 glass of

lime juice

1/3 glass of white sugar

1 egg white

6 ice cubes

Angostura or cinnamon powder

Method

Blend all the ingredients adding a small quantity of the egg white and ice cubes. Serve adding some drops of Angostura or some touches of cinnamon powder.
