Dry white wine comes from the variety of Pinot Blanc grapes selected from our own vineyards. Fermentation takes place partly in barrels of French oak and in stainless steel at a controlled temperature packaging, once bottled spent the first four months in stow in a specially conditioned environment.
Wine fruity with subtle aromas of vanilla, honey, white flowers, properties of their own creation. Cool and elegant with a balanced acidity, characteristics of the variety.
Excellent as an appetizer, accompanying appetizers, white meats, cheeses, fish and seafood. We recommend that it be served between 48°F and 54°F degrees.
